My Medical Device Sales Career
I am noticing that a number of the Job Seekers who have been calling or emailing me lately have resorted (hate to call it that, but that is exactly how almost all of you have termed it) to self employment, part time employment or some other form of 1099 Temp Word to survive if you have been unemployed for some time. Many pharma reps. have been unemployed from full time employment and are working for firms that provide full time work WITHOUT any benefits. I am going to add a few links and sites to this discussion to help those of you who want some resources in this area. Most of you are shy to write, BUT if you have found temp work, 1099 work or have found a way to make your own money...then please feel free to share in this discussion too!

"The Money Book for Freelancers, Part-Timers, and the Self-Employed: The Only Personal Finance System for People with Not-So-Regular Jobs", by Joseph D'Agnese and Denise Kiernan. You can see it on Amazon HERE and look inside the book HERE.
As noted in the Money Talk Article two other great resources are the Small Business Administration Website: www.sba.gov and the Entrepreneur Magazine website at www.entrepreneur.com
Please feel free to add any other links of value too please!
