Come on, we all know how to close the hiring medical sales manager for that sales job, right? After coaching sales representatives on how to close when I was a sales manager, and now as a recruiter, I have come to one conclusion: not all people know how to closea medical sales call or a job interview appropriately. What is even worse?
Do you remember what seems to be just awhile ago that almost everyone wanted to go with a pharmaceutical sales or medical device start up company? You know, the place you go where they can give you a good base pay and forgo the commission for the real big bucks when the company was sold or maybe, just maybe became a star in their own right?

A Resume today needs to be built in a “web data base” friendly way so it can be found by recruiters or Human Resources when sorting through those massive resume data bases!
