Elizabeth Danford has more than ten years experience in multiple aspects of the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Clinical Strategies & Resume Writing was created to provide a vehicle for job seekers to control their job search. As candidate advocates, we specialize in assisting candidates through the complex search and interview process. Our process moves away from the traditional passive model of searching for jobs and focuses on having candidates pro-actively market themselves to leaders in target companies.

Resumes are written with a focus on highlighting skills and attributes as they pertain specifically to the pharmaceutical/medical device industries. For experienced candidates we understand what trends are relevant in the current market and highlight those areas in your background as well. Most importantly, we understand the industry and the language is uses.

Identification of Companies and Contacts
There are 100s of companies that employ medical sales people. Most job seekers have no idea of how many companies there really are out there that have sales teams. Not only do we identify those companies for you, but we also provide the names and e-mail addresses of high level decision makers.

30-60-90 Day Plan Development
We assist in the development of your 30-60-90 day plan based on the specific position and company you are interviewing with.

Job Search Strategy and Direction
We assist with all follow up and strategy involved in the search and interview process. While some things may seem obvious, following up too often can sabotage the interview process. Our focus is on keeping communication positive and forward moving.

Comprehensive Interview Preparation
Medical sales interviews are a complex multi-step process. Our preparation is customized based on the company you are interviewing with, who you are interviewing with (DM, HR), and what they look for from their sales representatives. This is done by role playing the most frequently asked questions and then discussing how a candidate might improve that answer. Role playing sessions are recorded for the candidate to review and use for practice.
